Her professional journey began at Uber Budapest, witnessing the significant impact a small, dedicated team can make. Building on this experience, Reka transitioned to advertising agencies, collaborating with clients ranging from small businesses to global brands like Mondelez, Viacom, and P&G.
In 2019, driven by a desire for creative freedom and the need for research-based guidance in the marketing industry, alongside co-founder Csenge Tassonyi, launched Briefly. Initially conceived as a quality-assured freelancer platform, Briefly evolved into a SaaS solution for ad agencies by 2023. This transformation empowered agencies to seamlessly integrate fresh talent into their existing processes. Simultaneously, Reka and her team cultivated a thriving community of over 4000 experienced creative freelancers from the CEE, dissatisfied with the limitations of the traditional agency model. Navigating the challenges of startup life, Reka also discovered a passion for community building. She co-founded Tres Margaritas Surf Club, an exclusive community for young professionals seeking collaboration, connection, and global adventures.
